The National Crime Victimization Survey reports the majority of sexual assault cases in the US the victim knew their attacker. Sara de Zarraga and her business partner Quinn Fitzgerald know from personal experience that sometimes the key to preventing a sexual assault is giving women a way to get out of an unsafe situation without making a scene or escalating the situation. That's why they developed the Flare Bracelet.
